Last week I installed Rev 12 - was very curious about the new UI. For my first try I selected the Complete instead of the Custom option as recommended in the Installation manual . When that option is selected , the prompt for the OAuth Server password is skipped. The installation completes , but because the OAuth server password is missing , subsequent logins fail. Uninstalling and re-installing using the Custom option allows the OAuth password prompt to be displayed , and the installation works correctly.
