I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to set up ARAS on Azure VM as per the link below to show a client the potential benefits of this PLM.

I am by no means an Azure expert, looks like some things have changed on the Azure end since writing. I thought this would be a lot simpler considering its a managed install...
Is there an updated version of this instruction somewhere?
