Configure Database "SQL Error 27506" on 11.0 SP12

Hi All During the configure database i get an SQL error:

Error 27506. Error executing SQL script CoreAndSolutions.sql. Line 136558. Cannot find the object "innovator.ACCESS" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions. (1088)

I run the install as admin and database user have all access. Any idea on something im missing Setup: Windows Server 2016 Microsoft SQL Express 2016 Aras Innovator 11.0 SP12 Thanks Seb
