HELP: Can't get license

I tried to apply for a license at www.aras.com/support/LicenseKeyService/, but always get the message "The service you are requesting is currently off-line. We will have this service available again shortly.Please, try this link again later."

This has been happening for 48 hours. What happened and what should I do?

PS: I use edge browser in Windows 10

    We're working to figure out why this happens to some users. The current best guess is that it's location based, though as far as I know Aras isn't restricting licenses by country- still, some users have gotten around this by using a VPN.
