I just waited 90 seconds for an image picker on a local v12 dev system. I was on a project 10 years ago and we abandoned dojo due to these issues - and it is apparent it's still crazy bulky and slow. Even when visiting the Dojo website with examples (I really want this TOC to have a filtering text input to eliminate clicks) I actually have to reload the example pages before they render!?
Are there any plans to switch to a modern framework in the mix?
Why the iframe architecture?
I've been digging into this and the major challenge of any change is load time.
