Formatting Tables using Technical Documentation

I am using Technical Documentation applicatio to output the ARAS Quality Systems NCR ItemType.

The objective is to publish a PDF which looks like an existing Word document. I am using an ItemInfo method to retrieve the data from the database, and build up the tabular presentation.

The existing and desired output of the table is:

So how do you manipulate the StyleSheet, StyleSheet Settings and the ItemInfo method, to allow for:

1. Left- and Right- justified text within the table cells?

2. Different fonts between cells?

3. Removing specific cell borders?
