You can change the visibility in Client Presentation. Follow below steps
Step 1: Administrators --> Configuration --> Client Presentation Step 2: Click Global hyperlink Step 3: Navigate to Command Bar Section tab Step 4: Search for com.aras.innovator.cui_default.main_window_main_menu Step 5: Double click to Open Step 6: Lock the Item Step 7: Navigate to Command Bar Item tab Step 8: Search for com.aras.innovator.cui_default.mwmm_change_passwd Step 9: Change For Identity to Administrators from World Step 10: Save, Unlock
