Extended Properties in Relationship grid

Is it possible to display an extended property in a relationship grid? Something similar to unchecking the field "Hidden2" in an Item Type.

Will the "Redefine search" button help? You can select your xClass properties there, but I am not sure if it will display the properties, or just affects the search filter.
