Download file without using [File] item type

Hello,

on my aras server all files have been encrypted. When i want to decrypt, i have to copy files to a fixed folder that has been set up for automatic decryption. So how can I download files in that folder?

I love when people describe their issue in as few words as possible. But understand this sometimes make it hard help with a solution.

The server is big. When ALL files on your server are encrypted, you probably have accidentally installed a ransomware. This would be an overall bad start situation for solving this issue.

But I assume you talk about a specific location of your server were you store Innovator related files. Where is is? In your installation code tree? Vault area? Desktop? Somewhere in the C: drive?
