Timeout exception

Hi Suhas,

there is a timeout exception class available So yes, a timeout can trigger a catch block. But it may not work for all use cases.

When I remember right, the WebClient class has no timeout property, so in this case it wouldn´t work and you have to google a workaround. 

I tried many times but still can't find a solution on google bubble shooter
