Custom 'Save' Behaviour

It is possible by setting permission in life cycle of a part item type to prevent user from editing it. 

You can also set released state as final state in part life cycle to prevent user from modifying that

In the part life cycle the Released State has  already Released checked. That's what you mean ? 

Yes and you need to mark it as not lockable

Ok, It works  like I want  with the 'not lockable'  checked.
