Latin characters are not encoded while downloading files via Rest API

Hello everyone,

I have a problem while downloading a file via rest API.

The returned file encoding content is wrong, all the Latin characters are not encoded.

example :

original content: ©1'÷õ"å

returned content: �1'��"�

even using Postman also I got this:
