Workflow task not updated in my innovator basket.

I have created a workflow map and lifecycle map and linked them together as well as linking them to an item type. Lifecycle map is working fine but workflow map is not working. What could be the possible reason?

Hi,

Would you mind showing me a screenshot of the relationships tab of that specific workflow activity? I would also recommend checking the path you're taking, to ensure that there are no pre/post methods associated with the path.
