Nothing under Contents in Table of Contents

This happened last week but I can't figure out what went wrong. I was editing an ItemType and after I saved it and closed I logged out to see the changes. Upon logging back in I can't see anything underneath the Contents sidebar. I even tried the other admin logins but I still don't see anything. Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

I am running Innovator 12

It was one of our Quality ItemTypes, nothing major. I was trying to make it viewable in the TOC under the properties of the Item. I had a few errors pop up while editing but unfortunately I was unable to capture them. It was not allowing me to save and close, sorry I should have grabbed the errors when they showed up.
