Item Versionable

Hello,

Item properties can show up as Restricted in a couple different cases, the most common being that the user does not have permissions to view the item. Can you ensure that the user you're logging in as has permissions to get the item? You can check this both on the ItemType or directly from the work item by selecting to Views > Permissions > View in the menu of the item's tab.

Yes, user have full access to the item type and even for admin login, it is showing as restricted. 

When we checked the versionable in Item type and discipline as Automatic, this work items are showing as restricted but if we revert back the changes, we are able to see the work item.

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on the OOTB Express EDR ItemType. Which ItemType are you using in your environment?

Its a custom item type, I have created. Workflow is attached to this item type itself and initially it was Non Versionable and I changed it to versionable.

Note: When I create a new item type and make it as versionable, it works as expected but when changing from non versionable to versionable in existing item type, I'm getting this issue

This happens only after creating 5 to 10 records in that item type
