Getting Error while voting ECN

I am using Aras Innovator Version 11.0 SP14

While vote of ECN workflow I got below error message.

Any solution for this issue?

Hi Maddy,

I wasn't able to reproduce this error in an OOTB instance of SP14 I have installed locally. Are you using the default ECN workflow or have there been changes made in your environment?

When I search for “Worked Item” which is not in Database that time only this error is occurred.

I am using OOTB ECN workflow.

Hi Maddy,

Thank for the additional information. I was able to reproduce this error by searching for a Work item that did not exist in the database as you said.

I looked through our internal records and found that this is an issue we've seen before. It's scheduled to be fixed in a future release of Aras Innovator, but there's currently no patch for it.
