There are two methods that we must program in the innovatorServer service that runs on the server side:
Send Email Reminders: used to execute reminders (onReminders)
Check Escalations: this is to execute the scaled activities. (onEscalations)
but I noticed that you do not execute the expired activities, do you need a method to execute an action or in this case a method to execute onDue?
