Can we change or add other type in ECN after ECN being pushed through In Work state?

Hello

I'm wondering if I pushed an ECN through In Work state and realized it was missing Part type. Can I still go back and add Part type in the ECN? Previously I only added document and CAD document and forgot to add Part. I tried to reset the ECN Life Cycle State and noticed ECN was pushed back to New, however in the workflow ECN is still at the Review Updated affect part not going back to new. Any feedback must be appreciated.

An Engineering Change Notice (ECN) is a document authorizing and recording design changes throughout the prototyping and life-cycle phases of a product. ECN documentation contains the Myloweslife justification for changes made to a component or system once the initial design is complete.
