Alternate Material

Hello,

Does anyone know how to send the PLM alternate material to ERP (Infor CloudSuite Industrial v.10)? Normally when we have new part in PLM, we would send it to ERP system. Part and Part BOM are sent without any issue but when I have alternate material, the alternate material not being sent to ERP. Any feedback must be appreciated.

    I am not very familiar with the Infor ERP and their connector. But I assume the "Alternates" are right now not configured to be included at your ERP sync.

    When you check the Method assigned to the "Send To ERP" button, is it configurable or does it link to a dll Method? Do you have a configuration ItemType to modify the connector?

    Hello Angela,

    I checked the xml file and I can see that PLM sent all the information to ERP including alternate and substitutes material information but our ERP doesn't have the program code to process them. I would have to research further to see how we would be processing the data. Thank you very much for your response.
