Hi,
I am trying to explore the Aras capability to publish and also consume WCF services written in .Net.
Please comment on my my understanding and questions about consuming WCF Services:
1) Is it possible to host and publish the WCF services from Aras Innovator portal?
2) Is it true that Aras Innovator supports only HTTP communication?
3) Are there any limitations one knows about consuming WCF services within Aras?
The below question is not probably limited to Aras but a general one about WCF.
4) If a WCF service is hosted within the IIS and is using a named-pipe or TCP/IP kind of binding, would the service calls work fine without issues?
5) Are there any example community projects available you can point to, which can demonstrate the consuming of WCF services or different complexities of web services?
Appreciate any information on this regard.
