You can set the starting page for a user by following the steps below.
Log in as admin
Navigate to TOC > Administration > Users
Search for and open the desired user
Set the Starting Page dropdown to Configurable InBasket
Save the user
When the user signs in the next time, the InBasket will automatically open for them. This way you can achieve the result of a homescreen without needing to worry about embedding the InBasket inside of a form.
