Aras Innovator 12 SP3 Installation error

Hello,

I'm getting below error while trying to open the url: http://localhost/InnovatorServer/Client/.

the installation went successfully as i have installed all components except OAuth server, but i'm unable to log into innovator. the client screen 

shows an error: cannot acces OAuth server: 



The InnovatorServer.aspx also is not accessible due to HTTP Error 401.0 - Unauthorized :

    Hi Mouad,

    Do you get an error during the installation stating that the OAuth server web config could not be created? I would go ahead and check your system PATH variable to see if you have pointed it to:

    1. .net core (usually in program files x86) 

    2. Windows Powershell (within the system32 folder)
