How to make an Itemtype as non-clickable in the Search Grid

you could use a foreign property that links to the original created by property and display this one as text.

But is your goal the protection of user data? Then this approach will not be enough to solve the task. Just because the content is not direct accessible, it doesn´t mean that users cannot access it.
