Aras Innovator SP14 on IIS Express

Has anyone tried to get Innovator running against IIS Express? Our organization doesn't allow IIS locally so trying to get around that limit.

currently get the following error:

Status code: 403, Reason: 'Forbidden', Request uri: 'localhost:8081/.../Authenticate.aspx'

Hi! I once made an Innovator installation on a local machine with IIS Express. I am not sure, if I have seen a 403 error. I remember that there were a huge amount of Windows features required to get it running.
