Getting exception while login

When I try to hit ARAS URL, I am getting this ERROR message on browser

SOAP-ENV:Server Database Name Or Database Description Is Wrong.
(Check your request and server configuration file) Database Name Or Database Description Is Wrong.
(Check your request and server configuration file)

Can anyone please help me regarding this?

In event logs received the message

The Aras Innovator Agent (AgentService_InnovatorServer) service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

    Hello,

    Could you open up the installation path of Aras Innovator on your server and check the InnovatorServerConfig.xml at the root of the install path? This file should contain at least one <DB-Connection/> tag near the bottom of the file. Can you confirm that the database name specified in the database attribute of this tag corresponds with the name of a database on your SQL Server?
