Project plan tree grid Customisation

hi, i want to add new column to project plan tree , how to do it? i get html file that showing project tree (projectPlanView.html) but i not get how add column to it

look at the "preferences" Itemtype in the administration folder.

Then edit the preference assigned to world

Then the third tab is called "Project Grid Layout" it will allow you to add columns.
