I still can&#39;t get the OAuth server to respond.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;float:none;font-family:inherit;font-size:inherit;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;white-space:pre-line;">I am running Windows Server 2019 so I&#39;m not sure if that has anything to do with this error but it is a possibility.
