Batch Approve Express ECOs

We are using Innovator 24 in a large course (550+) students. This Fall we will be having all students submit their work using the Express ECOs. Once items are scored, we would like to be able to Batch Approve the ECOs by selecting the desired ECOs with an Action available in the contextual menu to approve the selected ECOs.

Any assistance with writing the method that would enable this would be greatly appreciated.

Batch Download of Files

We have been using Aras Innovator in our entry level CAD course for the past couple of years. We'd now like to have the ability to batch download CAD files from different users/students to say a zip file or local folder.

Is there a way to access the CAD files based on a query and download in bulk? Are there any community projects that have been developed to accomplish this?

Set existing Property to Required in Production - Unable to Save ItemType (Aras 12SP9)

Hello,

We need to set some existing properties to Required on the CAD Item type (Native File, Type, Authoring Tool). All CAD Document records have been scrubbed to ensure all records have data in these properties, but when we Save the CAD ItemType we receive the error that there are Null values in these properties.

We have attempted to save after only changing one of these Properties each time and each returns the Null error.

How can we set existing Properties in a production instance to Required without receiving this error?

Office Connector with Document Sequencing Not Working

When attempting to create or open a document in Office Application and save to Aras we get the following error, and none of the Document Dialog files are editable expect the Document Type:

"Document Type "Document" is not configured properly for use with Office Connector (Number is defined as Sequence). Please Contact your Administrator."

The Office Connector is installed, and configured for Sequencing in the Office Connector Settings:

Document Numbering = Sequence

Document Numbing Sequence = Default Document

The Document Item item_number is also setup to use the Default Document Sequence:

What are we missing?

Batch Update of Item Type

Is there way to do a batch update of existing Items in Aras.

For example, if a new property is added to and Item type, I'd like to do a mass update using Excel similar to BatchLoader, except update existing items, not create new ones.
