Dear All,

I have a default vault server entry and vault server installed during installation.

Still, I receive a weird error "You have no default Vault Server" during file creation.

Did anyone face the same issue, if so what fix helped you to resolve this issue?

FYI, I have re-installed the Aras Application but used the same Database which I had during initial setup. I doubt this to be a database level miss.

Upload Multiple files in a single click

Dear Aras Community.

How can I upload multiple files in Document Files Relationship tab. I have tried using a html code to add a file input to allow multiple file selection. but as file path is restricted or hidden, it is not possible for me to create a file item.

Any leads would help me great.

How to Convert Item Type from Non versionable to Versionable

Hello All..

I have Item Type "A" which is not a versionable initially. Created around 1000 records for this item type and now I need to create revisions to this and edited Item type to "Versionable". While trying to edit item type, it gives error as below.

Support of "none" versioning discipline for items is not implemented.

Am surprised that, do Aras have no possiblity to change non version item type to versionable??

SSRS Reports with manual input parameters

Hi,

I am trying to create a SSRS report with input search filters.

Am getting most of the errors due to modalDialog and could not able to proceed further.

Request someone to help me in resolving this.

1. Followed Microsoft Reporting Service 2008 R2 Guide (Cookbook - User Input Reports) and used UserInputTemplate, where I get showModalDialog is not defined error.

2. Followed the same document (Cookbook - Date Selector) and getting error as below.

"The method "cui_default_mwmm_reports" failed."

Workflow haven't restarted after new manual revision

Hello, Gone through community posts but could not found answer. Hope some one could answer my question. Workflow is not restarted after creating revision to an item(Custom item type), Does Aras restrict such restart of workflow? if yes, how could i achieve this. This is part of my data migration requirement where the newly migrated items needs to be in "Released" state and should be capable enough to revisioned and behave as normal workflow to vote.
