&lt;p&gt;My&amp;nbsp;Aras open instance has suddenly stopped working with this error:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt=" " src="/resized-image/__size/320x240/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/10/7725.Aras-Error.png" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After the error is dismissed&amp;nbsp;the screen seems frozen and only way to quit is to close the browser.&amp;nbsp; It seems like a database issue because a different database on the same server works just fine.&amp;nbsp; Also, I migrated the problem database to a different computer and it suffers from the same issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any pointer from Aras experts out there is highly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have downloaded and installed the latest Aras open (2023 aka V14) on two separate computers running Windows 2016 server and Windows 10 Pro. Both machines&amp;nbsp;ran the previous open release (Aras 12 SP9) without any issues. I uninstalled the previous installation and deleted the database before installing the latest version.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now I get the following error when trying to log on. I have confirmed that IIS is running.&amp;nbsp;Are there any additional requirements that I am missing?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On my latest installation of Aras open (12 SP9) clicking on pdf and image file (png, jpeg, etc) Files attached to Document item type automatically downloads it.&amp;nbsp; Changing Chrome setting related to how PDF files are handled or using different browsers seems to have no effect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would like&amp;nbsp;PDF and image files&amp;nbsp;to open in a separate browser window&amp;nbsp;as it did on an&amp;nbsp;older installation of&amp;nbsp;Aras 12 SP0.&amp;nbsp; Are there any server related settings that control how these file types are handled out of box?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was wondering if anyone on this forum has successfully upgraded from&amp;nbsp;Innovator 12SP0 to 12SP9.&amp;nbsp; According to past threads on this topic, changes between different service packs should be minimum to allow upgrade&amp;nbsp;when database has not been customized but I am not having much luck.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It is the same behavior&amp;nbsp;with all installed databases and with different browsers and whether I try to login locally or remotely. I am able to connect to server and browse database through Aras Export utility so the problem seems to be with IIS.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone else run into&amp;nbsp;similar problem?&lt;/p&gt;
