Is there anything wrong with changing the value of the alias identity name?

When I create new user, the alias identity is created too.
This alias identity name is 'First Name Last Name' order.

When selecting the identity (ex Simulation Managemant),
'First Name Last Name' order is not natural in Japan.

So I will change the value of Alias Identity name like 'Last Name First Name' order.
Please let me know if this changing have any problems.

I want to know handleItemChange method detail.

I found out a description of this method on the following page.

I think this page is not aras web site.

Is there a aras's documentation that is described this method ?

I am using Version: 12.0 SP9 of ARAS.

I want to use the life cycle.
At first I want to be able to move freely between states.
I want to decide the transition while using it.

But to do that, I need to connect all the states with transitions.
This is a lot of work.

Do you have any good ideas?
