How normal users is able to see tasks in InMyBasket?

Hi experts,

We are using innovator 11 SP9.

Currently, only administrator is able to see all tasks of other users in 'InBasket'.

I need to change the configuration (authorization?) for normal users to see other users' tasks too in their 'InBasket'.

But, I couldn't find a solution.

Would you please help on this?

How to hide 'Use Template' in Project creation pop up screen?

Hi ARAS expert,

When we click '+' button to create 'Projects', 'Add Project Plan' pop-up screen is shown.

In this screen, I try to hide fields in red-box below.

In red-box, there are 'Use Teamplate, Yes, No, Project Template'.

We try to hide these fields from html. Would you help me know how to do this?

Wrong value entered for item type 'Identity'

Hi Expert,

Once we upgraded Google Chrome browser, our users who use 'save password' function in that browser face the error message, when they select option in voting.

Error message : Wrong value entered for item type 'Identity'

In previous version, we didn't face this error.

Would you please help how to solve this issue?

Error of installing Aras Project Management in 'aras UPDATE'.

Hi Expert,

Recently, I installed ARAS Innovator 12 SP9.

Afterwards, I tried to install 'Aras Project Management' in it using 'aras UPDATE' tool.

However, I got the error message saying that source file does not exist or could not be found 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Aras\Innovator\Client\scripts\include\rev.inc'.

But, when I check the location of 'rev.inc' in the server, it doesn't exist in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Aras\Innovator\Client\scripts\include\rev.inc' as the error message says.

I find that it exists ' 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Aras\Innovator\Innovator\Client\scripts\include\rev.inc''.

In this case, would you please help what I can do to fix it?

Secondly, when I tried to download 'ARAS Product Engineering' in 'aras UPDATE' tool, I got the error message 'Download failed'.

I tried many times. But, I got the same error message.

Would you please help how to solve this issue?

How to hide 'Pos', 'Lck' and 'Class Path' column in 'Select a Classification' pop-up screen when a user click Technical Class in Part?

Hi community,

In Part, when we click 'Technical Class', 'Select a Classification' pop-screen is shown as below:

We try to hide 'Pos', 'Lck' and 'Class Path' column in that screen and try to show the description of Item Class.

Would you please help how to do this?

A question for deleting classification from 'Class Structure for Part'.

Hi Aras community,

Would you please help one thing?
In Part ItemType, I tried to delete 'Machine' from 'Class Structure for Part'.
We have couple of parts which have 'Machine' Classification.
So, I updated 'Machine' in Classification field in part table in database with 'new classification'.
And then, I tried to delete 'Machine' from 'Class Structure for Part'.
However, system shows the error message below:

Is there a way of deleting 'meta-data references' on this class?

A question for the behavior of Item relationship between part and manufacturer part.

Hi Expert,

Would you please help one thing?

Part ItemType has a relationship with 'Manufacturer Part' ItemType and the relationship ItemType is 'Part AML'.
The behavior of 'Part AML' is 'hard float'. (the behavior of Part ItemType is 'float'.)
With this configuration, I created '10000' part. And then,

1) I linked 'MFN0001' Manufacturer Part to '10000' Part, saved and unlocked it. ('10000' Part: Version A, Generation 1).
2) I locked '10000' part and deleted 'MFN0001' from the part and linked 'MFN0002' to '10000' part.
Saved and unlocked it. ('10000' Part: Version A, Generation 2).

When I opened 'MFN0002', it links to '10000' part. (Version A, Generation 2.) which is correct.
The problem is that when I opened 'MFN0001', it still links to '10000' Part (Part Version A, Genration 1).
What we want is that when we open 'MFN0001', there is no link to '10000' Part (Part Version A, Genration 1) because we delete it from '10000' Part.

I thought it would be solved by changing the behavior of 'Part AML' to 'hard float'.
But, it isn't.

Would you please help how to achieve this?

How to allow to release a part that was released in the past time and is preliminary now in ECO?

Hi Expert,

Would you help one thing?

Scenario is like this.
A part was released in the past time.
And for some reason, the state of a part is changed to Preliminary again by admin right.
Afterwards, a user changed the information in that part and try to raise a ECO.
Then, ARAS shows the message below:
"The New Number field must contain an item that has never been released when Action is set to 'Release'. Part '*****' was previously released."

In ECO, we'd like to allow to release a part that was released in the past time and is preliminary now, how can it be possible?

I tried to search a method that has this function. But, I couldn't find it.

Would you please help how do this?

We tried to add more columns in 'Team' ItemType and when a user click team in Express ECO, we'd like to show these fields.

To do that, we need to increase the size of 'Team' pop-up screen.

How to hide Design Quality Docuement and Process Quality Document option in selection dialog?

Hi Expert,

I tried to hide 'Design Quality Document' and 'Process Quality Document' option from the Dialog below that is populated from Corrective Action Plan.

So that, a user can see only on ECO and Document. Can we also show DCO too to add DCO?
