aras. uiReShowItem how to use ?

In one of my requirement after hide / show relationship grid column based parent field value, I want to refresh Item form/grid to see changes done. For this purpose I am using

aras.uiReShowItem in onformPopulate event it keeps on loading item. And item doesn't get load.

Can someone explain how can I fix this?

Also of you have api on how to hide. Show relationship column s please share it.

Hi,

There use to be SMTP email option for aras instance where SMTP server details could have been configured, but with ARAS 14+, this option is missing. Is it because of .Net Core change

Am i missing something. On the other instance, SMTP Email is visible. Can someone lend their expertise

Show form on promote

Hi,

Usecase is as follows

need to validate field on promote if case of failure need to popup form(existing) and capture user input.

for validation, i tried with pre server method on lifecycle but popping up form not possible from server method.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Any suggestion/work around would really help

I am trying to checkout file through client code but file.checkout downloads to browser download location.

Using Chrome browser. ActiveXobject is not supported in chrome.

Hi All, Do any one knows property events that are available in ARAS and when they are triggered ? eg. OnEditFinish,onedit and etc Property is on Item and i need to write method which will trigger whenever it's property is updated. Please help
