Interesting solution Gopikrishnan . This gives flexibility to end user about selection of Workflow. Its really the customer's choice to standardize the process and still allow possible flexibility.

2. second field that u were changing can be of any type.

Because, I have nothing in "Can Add" of the ItemType, the button do nothing when I click on it. And will never do something, this is why I wanted to remove it.
But if this is not possible, I will forgot this idea.
