Install Development Environment on Windows 10

Hello,

I'm trying to install the development environment on my Windows 10, but after the installation I get the OAuth Error (502 Bad Gateway).

Is possible to have the Innovator application and database installed on the same machine?

The Windows 10 have the .net Framework 4.8 installed by default, theres is any issue to have this version or the is need the 4.7.2 version?
