TGV Parameters Filtering doesn't show record if value is blank

Hello All,

I have created TGV on part and I have added parameters to search and filter on custom "state" property . I have given default value as * .

It works well and able to search and filter on state column but there is one issue if any record has state "Blank" . That record is skipped from TGV results and which is causing me showing incorrect TGV results .

Help me to understand cause.

aras. uiReShowItem how to use ?

In one of my requirement after hide / show relationship grid column based parent field value, I want to refresh Item form/grid to see changes done. For this purpose I am using

aras.uiReShowItem in onformPopulate event it keeps on loading item. And item doesn't get load.

Can someone explain how can I fix this?

Also of you have api on how to hide. Show relationship column s please share it.

How to display hyperlink for column values on version grid

I have one custom property displayed on OOTB version grid and I m trying to set it as hyperlink ..Is there any way to do so? Property holds multiple items .(so can't use datatype as Item)

Part Permission is Not Updating Upon State Changes

Hi This is Kara .

I am working on part Item . We have part with Revision "AA" and state as "Preliminary" so according to OOTB part LC respected permission is showing. Now i "Released" this Part so part has set permissions "Released Part". Now Revising to next Revision say "AA01" after revising state is "Preliminary" but in this case , part states is "Preliminary" and permission showing is "Released part".

If anyone has clue why this behavior is occurring?

I checked OOTB Lifecycle is correct in the system.

Teamcenter To Aras BOM structure import

I want to write a code to import XML File From TC to read into Aras and add it to aras BOM Structure . Is it possible to read XML File into Aras through program.If anyone have done this before please suggest an right approach?

I have some validation "OnClose" activity of workflow. Activity has two different paths 1. Submit 2.Cancel . I want to avoid this validation in case of "Cancel" - Path selection by user. How can i acheive this?

As I want to get selected path of user while signoff can anybody suggest how can i get this?

Class Structure(Classification) Field onChange Event

Hi Everybody,

I am want to write a code 'on Change" Event of Classification Property to set one of the drop down field value.

I am not getting success to getProperty Value of Class Structure Property as well as to setProperty of dropdown field.

Please help me on this.

I have tried something like below.

var ECRType = document.thisItem.getProperty("classification","");
if(ECRType == "Document" )
{

var affectedPartsRequired = document.thisItem.setProperty("affected_items","1");
}
else
{

ARAS Not Loaded TOC Content After Installation

Hi ,

I have recently installed ARAS on server machine. As after installation If i login to ARAS it doesn't Load TOC.It looks like below :

What can be the possible reason ? As this is specific to the machine , I have tried installing it several times.

Google chrome is up to date .

As i feel it is not working after Chrome recent update.

Please suggest if anybody has clue about this?!
