That´s a good question in 2025! We have several discussions regarding hyperlinks in the forum. I am surprised that Aras hasn´t provide an official solution yet. People ask for grid hyperlinks since years!
Right now there are some problems with images in the community engine so I cannot provide a screenshot.
But that´s the closest solution I have so far. You can use CSS to add some "hyperlink-like" styling to the property used for the link.
I so far haven´t discovered how to make the link "clickable" like a regular hyperlinks. But you can use double-click or right-click CUI elements to open the link.
