This answer will need to be split into a couple different parts.
To begin with, you'll need some way of displaying all of the revisions of an Item from the relationships grid. The easiest way to do this would be to use the Query Builder and Tree Grid View functionality introduced in 11.0 SP10. The query itself should be pretty simple. All revisions of a part share the same config_id, so you can set your query to check for that property.
After you've set up the Tree Grid View to be displayed from the relationships grid, you may want to remove the Revisions action from the toolbar at the top of the screen. You can see an example of how to accomplish this here.
