we have many soft document items and we want to set different set of sequence to the different soft document item types. But we want to leave the default document type item to empty to be filled by the user.
I have tried implementing the code to write default numbering to different items but I don't want to write piece of code everytime when new sequence added.

The Aras Innovator client doesn't currently offer a way to configure different sequences for a single ItemType (without code). However, I can add this use case to our backlog of community project ideas.
