I ruined the PR form - but aras is still finding the original? Whahhh?

So, shame on me... i was doing some editing in my learning stage and I began editing the PRs form before making a copy of it (thought i had). Short story, form went to crap and I tried to work it back. I set the form type to default and the form is now loading what looks like the original form. I can't figure out how its getting the original form when I open the form to edit it, its the form I bugged up. Whats going on here?
