Files Checkout on Creation State

Hello , I'm trying to check out CAD files on Creation State of WorkFlow or AfterCreation Server Event CAD . I got this issue (ServerFile with id XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX cannot be found in any of its containers. File with id XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX cannot be found in any of its containers. When AfterCreation Event of CAD, Files do not have in Vault Server. So how can I check out on this requirements. Thanks, Thiha SolidCad Technologies
