Where do you live?
Minsk, Belarus
What was your first or strangest job?
My first job was in a hospital as an intensive care nurse. This was a very useful first job for me, as it taught me important skills such as teamwork and stress management.
What do you like most about your job at Aras?
There are a number of challenges that I am solve which enables me to grow both professionally and personally. I also like my team of leaders here in Minsk. They are heroic, full of optimism and energy, and are not afraid of change. They inspire me!
What is your greatest accomplishment, work or personal?
I rejoice in any success I have in my work or personal life, but I believe that the most important achievements are still ahead of me.

I believe, hope, and love.
What is one thing on your bucket list?
I sincerely wish freedom for my people and my country.
What is your favorite quote?
"Never stop dreaming, never stop believing, never give up, never stop trying, and never stop learning." - Roy Bennett. He was a politician in Zimbabwe. That is all I know about him, unfortunately.
You’re about to perform in a karaoke bar. What song do you pick?
The Show Must Go On by Freddie Mercury ... I have to find the will to carry on...
If you could hang out with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
My children because I have little time for them.
