By combining features of Microsoft Excel with Aras's Item-level security, Amscan developed a great way to manage data efficiently and easily, enabling users to simply "get to the data they want."
When you right click on a column in Aras Innovator
, two options are available: Hide Column and Insert Column. With Amscan's grid extensions options expand to include: Hide Columns to the Left or Right, Hide All / Show All, Column Ascending and Column Descending. This allows you to hide/show more data sets rapidly without individually clicking each column. You can also make presets of settings and share them with other users.
