    In my instance, ‘Create New Item’ icon is disabled for Product entity. please help.

    Note: I am loggged in as a admin user.

    If you look at the product itemtype definition, you can check the Can Add tab and see that it is given to a specific identity (CM) you need to be in this identity somehow to have this “create new item” button enabled
